Master of Arts in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations
The Programme shall be of two-year (Four Semesters) duration. The 'M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations' shall be abbreviated as (P.M.&I.R.).
A candidate who has passed the Bachelors Examination with minimum 45% marks in the Faculties of Arts, Humanities, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Labour, Engineering, MBBS, BDS or any other degree recognized by the Academic Council as equivalent thereto may apply for seeking admission in this Programme.
Admission to the First Semester M.A. in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations (P.M.&I.R.) course shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Test prescribed for the purpose.
