A Candidates seeking admission to 1st year : Semester 1 (Foundation course) of BFA programme must have secure at least 45% marks at the Intermediate/+2 or equivalent examination recognised by Patna University.
Admision to BFA Semester 1 shall be made in order of merit on the basis of marks obtained by the applicant in the admission test conducted by the University/College of Arts & crafts, Patna.The test shall consist of three papers : 1. Memory Drawing : 35 marks, 2. Still Life : 35 marks, 3. General Aptitude Test : 30 marks. The test shall be conducted in 2 sittings : The 1st sitting (Paper I & II ) will be of 3 hours duration and the 2nd sitting of General Aptitude will be of 30 minutes duration consisting of 30 multiple choice questions based on Arts, Culture, History, Basic Science, Current Affairs etc. The merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks of obtained in the test.

Bachelor of Law(BBA LLB 5yr)
The admission in BBA LL.B.(Integrated) Five Years Course, through "entrance test" , shall be open to all those candidates having passed there Intermediate (+2) examination from any of the Examination Boards, which have been recognized by the Central Government for the same or possesing such academic qualification as is considered equivalent to Intermediate (+2) qualification recognized by the Patna University, in any stream with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate.
However relaxation of 05% marks shall be available to all the SC, ST, and Physically Indifferent candidates.
Appearing candidates in the Intermediate (+2) examination of any Board, as mentioned above , are also eligible to apply for the "Entrance Test" subject to the condition that their Examination results of Intermediate (+2) should have been declared before the date of admission to BBA LL.B. Part-I.
Entrance Examination for the aforesaid course shall be of 100 marks. Every candidate is required to secure a minimum of 45% marks in the entrance teast so as to become eligible for admission to the BBA LL.B. (Intgrated) Five Years Degree(Part-1) course.
Admission to the BBA LL.B.(Intgrated) Five Years Degree(Part-1) course shall strictly on the basis of Merit List prepared on the basis of total Marks secured by the candidates at the aforesaid admission test being conducted by the Patna University for the same.
Researvation policy of the State Government will be followed in the admission process.
